Horticulture Unlimited is a great company. Everyone from the office staff to the crew members are so nice to work with. Our concerns are always addressed and everything is taken care of with attention to detail.they are always professional, always willing to make adjustments. Horticulture Unlimited provides yard care for several of our properties. We know we are in good hands. A special thank you goes to Andrew who goes above and beyond.

I have been on a monthly maintenance plan with Horticulture for 6 months now and am very impressed. My yard has never looked better. I am looking forward to undergoing a yard renovation with them over the coming years, but until then, I know that my yard is in good hands. I also have them come out periodically to professionally trim my huge Blue Palo Verde. The arborists are fantastic! Check out the time lapse (ignore the shed which needs to be replaced badly).

Hired them in September 2020 for weed control. They did a good job until they stopped showing up in July but kept billing me. Edited to add: Of course it's my fault. I told them what I wanted and accepted everything exactly as they prescribed. It's the customer's fault that Horticulture Unlimited doesn't know what it takes to get the job done.

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with our services. However, your account was only enrolled in quarterly maintenance service, which means we are only there once every three months. If you required more frequent visits, increasing your service schedule would have been the best solution. Most properties have greater maintenance needs, especially during the heavy rains of monsoon season. We encourage our clients to be clear about the goals for their landscape so we can be up front about what is required to achieve that result in order to prevent any difference in expectations versus required cost. We billed you for a July service that you disputed and was removed from your account as a courtesy (prior to your negative reviews). No other billing was issued on your account, so we are unclear why we are being accused that we “kept billing you”. Our company has conducted only professional contact with you yet now is being bullied with a series of online negative reviews with these false accusations. It is our hope that anyone reading our reviews will take into consideration the truthful testimonials by many satisfied customers over our 40+ year history.
