  The customer service is wonderful! I called to confirm that my garbage pick up was on hold and had a few other questions. Naomi was super friendly and informative! She made sure everything was up to date on my account and let me know about a few other options I didn’t know I had. Great local service.

  Hood River Garbage has always provided excellent service throughout the 9 years that I have lived in Hood River. I recently called to inquire about increasing my service level for garbage. The HRG representative, Naomi, was very pleasant to speak with while she provided answers to all of my questions. The experience was painless and I was happy to upgrade my service.   Yesterday I received the BEST customer service from Hood River Garbage! My payment was delinquent (I am a real person), and my online payment got mixed up in the weekend mail and not processed in time to get my garbage picked up. I called the office to explain, Nancy went above and beyond to contact the truck and get my garbage picked up! I was so impressed with not only her kindness and understand to my real human problem, but at her quickness in resolving the issue. She even called me back to assure me that the issue was being resolved.
