  Ronnie was amazing to work with, he met us at the dealership on a Sunday evening to look at the lawnmowers and then was there the following Saturday before the store opened so we could get back home to work ground and get farm stuff done.

  Customer service isn't the greatest. Needed a new starter for my Husqvarna rider. The shop in Minneapolis was to bring the part to Salina store for pick. I was told it would be there the next day. After waiting 24 hrs, called to check to make sure it had arrived only to be told nobody was coming from Minneapolis to salina and that if I wanted it I had to go pick it up. What? I'm purchasing a part of over $150 ... make a trip for the sale.
