  I have used Home Turf for apx 10 years and recently tried to get a return call from them to ask for an estimate for additional landscape in our back yard. I called a year ago and never heard back from them, a month ago I called and left messages, emailed and waited 2 weeks for a response and never received one. When the guys finally came to do the spring spraying, I asked them to have Tim give me a call and one week later still have not heard from him. Today I finally reach him by phone and he did not have the time to hear my frustration of trying to get a return phone call. He said he doesn't like to listen to complaints, he knows he is bad a getting back to people and then he hung up on me. They have taken the time to revamp the website but doesn't have the time to return a phone call even when it would be a sale for more work. I am so upset that I have paid these people for years with no contact or issues and the one time I need to reach them for additional work they blow me off and behave as if I am and have never been a valued customer.
