Earnest is always so respectful and responsive.  He knows his bugs!  He takes care of ants quickly, removes mice and checks back to make sure our pest problem is solved.  He comes when we're available and makes sure we're happy.  Outstanding service.

Inspector did a great inspection and found a lot of openings in our home, they also had a plan on how to resolve our rodent matter. The price was great for all the work that was performed, the people that came out were very professional and on time. They also had a great follow up services for there programs. I would recommend this company to any one who has any pest problems.

I would not trust this company to step on a half-dead cockroach.  After 39 years as a customer it finally dawned on me what a scam this company perpetrates on its customers.  Thirty-nine years of annual pest inspections just to keep up my termite warranty, and what do I get when I really need them?  A final shaft.  All of a sudden, they’re telling me there are powder post beetle holes in one area of the basement.  No activity, just holes, but the rules say I can’t complete the real estate transaction until it is treated.  They knew they had me over a barrel.  That cost me over $1300 for the inspection and treatment.  I’ve kept every one of my annual inspection reports, examined them carefully, and there is only one mention of powder post beetle holes, and I clearly recall the technician telling me that treatment was not needed (Wow, an honest man!) since there was no active infestation.  In other words, it was OLD evidence.  Furthermore, after a close reading of these 39 inspection reports, I notice the clear pattern of shoddiness in the documentation.  Illegible notations, “yes or no” checkboxes left blank (it has to be one or the other), and numerous other evidence of sloppiness and lack of professionalism.  I’ve never been impressed with the people this company sends out.  I clearly recall on one occasion, we walked into the garage.  I lost sight of the inspector, and then he calls me over to show me a dead mouse in the middle of the floor, where moments earlier there was none.  Did he think I was born yesterday? Does this company include dead rodents in the equipment they issue to their employees? I’ve seen my share of dead mice, and I can attest to the fact that they almost never drop dead in an open area.  They usually just crawl into a dark corner in some rarely visited space (mice don’t like people), curl up and die.  You don’t find freshly dead mice.  If you ever do find one, it has become mummified to the point where it is hardly recognizable.  Finally, there is the so called “warranty.  If you read it carefully, it is so full of legal mumbo-jumbo that even the Supreme Court would conclude that there is no way for a customer to recoup any form of damages from these charlatans. At this point you’re probably asking yourselves why we stayed with this outfit for so long.  The answer is simple.  We did a poor job of managing the whole thing.  Home Paramount is not to be trusted.  You’ve been warned.  Stay away from these people.

I would not have given 1 star, but I want to make sure this is being seen.   I started having black wasps inside my house.  Home Paramount came out to my house. I was told there was a hornets nest in my  garage attic. Telling   me they are aggressive and need to remove nest asap, I was told I had several other things, a snake, mice, and roof rats. The gentleman from Home  Paramount quoted me a price of 10,000 dollars. yes 10 thousand dollars. I called another company. The other company charged me 275 dollars to seal the garage attic and the other company did not find any mice or signs of snakes. NO nest found, No roof rats. A squirrel had gotten in and the other company installed some mesh screen to prevent squirrels from coming  back in. Just get some quotes from other companies , like Dodson pest control. Dodson was honest to me and fair.

Home Paramount is right on top of my pest control needs...From ants to mosquitoes, the team is always on time, polite, efficient and does a great job for us.  Home Paramount knocks it out of the ballpark for us every time  ! I call em, they're here ! Deb Sterling, Clifton, Va.

I called this branch to schedule a Termite inspection on a listing in Chantilly on Oct 10 and inspection was for Oct 23.  On the day of inspection, I called for the report and was told it would take 3 days.  I asked the office to make sure it was completed and they confirmed it was.  I never received the report on Oct 27th, 3 days later.  I called on Oct 31 to check status and was told I would get a call back.  I got a call from the tech, Pablito, saying he could never get in to the home and that he was 5 minutes away.  I'm not sure why he could never get in and why he never informed me or his office.  However, after talking with his manager, John, I was able to get the inspection done.  Poor communication, bad excuses and unreliable.

Please do not waste time and money their treatment does not work at all and their technicians are very rude and unprofessional. Their service manager Cooper did not show up four times at scheduled appointment. He is very reluctant and disrespectful for his customers.
