  Was to mulch, but just blew some leaves to side of yard. I was charged for a service I didn't receive. Deceitful

  No, we was to clean leaves off the top of her house, which we did. Since the customer was going to be paying for an hour of service anyway we cut up and hauled off a 20' oak limb, blew the leaves away from the house and ran over the trail of leaves around the house with a mower so she would get her money's worth. Our hourly rate is $55 and I charged $5 haul away for the limb and the customer became irate and started criticizing everything that was done over the price. Very sorry if she felt wronged but my prices are fair for the work I can complete in an hour with the equipment I have invested 10s of thousands of dollars in. Even told her "Merry Christmas just don't worry about it, its not worth it" at one point. She did go to an ATM and get the money before I was done cleaning out a ditch she said I filled with leaves and paid.
