NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Eli Hoaglund was contracted for complete foundation work on our Boyne City home addition. He not only built the foundation the wrong height, and the wrong width, but also made a disasterous mess out of our basement block wall when he cut in the crawl space. He had to cut down the block to fit, but we could not change the measurements as it was already done. He was also contracted to re-grade the property and install a new porch with footings. After getting paid for more than he should have, he left the job unfinished and will not return any phone calls. We have been trying to get him to answer a call for over a month!! Now we are left with a complete mess of a yard that needs to be completely re-graded and no porch for the season. He did a terrible job and when we asked him to take care of it he walked away! He is not a trustworthy person!
