  Friendly staff good selection of parts on hand, and parts they don't have they can order and receive quickly. I have ordered several miscellaneous parts from them, and I have had service work done on my chainsaw and my weed eater I have always received wonderful service.

  Hinson Chain Saw was the designated repair location under our extended warranty on my husbands zero turn Poulan Pro mower when the spindles on the mower deck needed replacing. They responded very early to the initial request by Tractor Supply, and was at our home (located just over the Florida state line) very quickly. The gentleman that came to collect the mower on Monday was very polite and estimated that it was possible that we would have the mower back before the end of the week. On Thursday, their office called, again very early, to let me know that the mower had been repaired and that it would be returned within the next hour. Our cost was less than $28 for the blades (much less than the almost $55 our local store was charging for comparable blades). True to their estimation, our mower was back in out storage building within the hour, ready for my husband to use in the afternoon. We are both very pleased with the service that we received from this business, and my husband says that we will probably be making the drive to Andalusia when he does need new blades again. Now, he's interested in seeing what they have in other equipment.

  This place sucks..they do not call you .they do not use new parts. They have crack heads trying to fix your stuff also they do not give a warranty. They take months to get your stuff fixed.they even loose the most important parts to what you bring in there. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE.
