  Outstanding service and courteous, knowledgeable staff. Had my zero turn worked on by them and it runs better than ever. Kept me informed during the repair process with what they found and pricing. Picked up and delivered it back to me when finished. Can't say enough good things about them. Thank you...

  Not sure if the individual I will reference below is a "front counter" or a "back counter" employee. The older gentleman I report on at this business location is by far the grumpiest, rudest, pompous, arrogant, inconsiderate, discourteous and unconcerned individual I have ever had the displeasure of meeting as an employee of a service business. Such disrespect came not once or twice, but during all three of my separate visits to the store, despite my best attempts to open a door to professional and dignified conversation. During each of my attempts he immediately throws out a hostile and inconsiderate "air". Not sure why I did not walk right out the first time, I must have thought this poor older gentleman was just having a bad day, so.... Bottom line, he was the reason for the 1-star rating. Having said that, all was saved when a young lady approached the counter and took over the process of addressing my needs as a customer. She had a wonderful smile and gave a great greeting when we first met. It was shortly after that, that she asked for assistance of a tech, who also presented himself as a sincere and caring employee who was immediately focused on my needs as a customer. If I rated this business based on the performance of the folks who get things done behind the scenes, it probably would have been a 5-star rating. In the end, the "get-er-done" gang in the back did an excellent job rectifying my problem in a very timely and professional manner. Apparently, despite the morbid, unreasonable and irrational actions of the older gentleman at the counter to make any experience at the store the worse ever, good/great things can be had at this Hines location. With all due respect to the entire team at Hines in Bedford, if this person is not the boss (good to be king), there should be a serious discussion for locating him elsewhere, where he does not have the chance to interact with customers. As a note, I guess this older gentleman is well know in the local business community and, folks I have shared this story with, who have also visited this business, have echoed my thoughts exactly, as written above.   They left my 3,000 racing mower to sit outside and rust. It never spent one day out side untill then. After that it had to be repaint. Nice going
