  We bought a new Toro zero turn mower, and within the first week, there was an issue where it would no longer "cut". They came, picked it up, fixed it under warranty and returned it to our home. They even let us borrow one of their used models to use while we waited for ours to be fixed. Truly great costumer service. The issue came when after a few weeks of using the mower, we weren't 100% happy with how it handled our properties yard. We called and asked what our options were, and if we could maybe return it for another model or something. My husband called a few times and was told they would speak with the owner. We never heard back from them and now feel like we're stuck with a mower we aren't 100% happy with. I really like this company and appreciated how easy it was to have the mower serviced. I just wish we could have spoken to someone about our concerns and discuss a possible resolution.
