Higher Ground's services, staff and professionalism far exceeded any of the lawn maintenance companies I've used for 3 homes I've purchased over the last 30 years. Molly is an amazing soul and a wonderful representative for the company. She made sure to connect with me on a personal level, explain the services and let me know about upcoming treatments. When I had a perplexing issue with my lawn, the owner JP stopped by on his way out of town with his family to follow up IN PERSON about the discovery he'd made from a previous visit and his resolution. I've had TruGreen care for my lawn previously and on many occasions my friends and myself have watched the tech sit in their truck, write the service ticket to put on the door and drive away without doing the service! I trust Higher Ground due to their consistent service, personal and professional integrity - It just feels like having a trusted family member caring for my lawn. Thank you JP & Molly, I'm renewing my service plan.

Christmas light installation - efficient and streamlined procedure for installation and removal. Very , very quick installation. Service includes a device (and app) that allows for customer control over light scheduling. You also have option to choose installation date and take-down. Highly recommend Higher Ground!

Higher Ground, preformed hanging of Christmas lights for our Community, they have proven to be reliable and reasonable for the job preformed. They have been wonderful to work with and also professional customer service with a smile goes a long way
