  I have used Hicks' services for my lawn care on and off over the years whenever I needed my lawn maintained between tenants on our rental property. I have always been able to count on him to get the job done well without my even being in town to check on it. While getting the property sold, I called him again and he was out there to get it taken care of for me again. When I came to town to finish getting the house maintained and painted, I have always been pleased with how neat and clean everything looked. I liked being billed and paying paperlessly from out of town. It was very convenient.

  Hicks Quality Lawn Care delivers quality, professional service whether you need lawn care or home repair. I highly recommend this company and I can't say enough good things about them. I contacted Kevin in early December 2012 when I needed the yard and garden beds of my rental property cleaned up. Kevin met me at the house the next business day and gave me an estimate on the spot. Within two days, the work was done and the outside of the place looked great. Three weeks later, the tenant moved out without cleaning anything and left multiple large items on the property. The house was in disrepair and I couldn't show it. I called Kevin on a holiday weekend, and he met me the next day at 10 a.m. By 10:30, he had started repairs. Not only did he handle all of the many repairs and removal of the abandoned property, he painted the entire house, including trim and closets, within a week and a half. He was extremely helpful in diagnosing problems and offering a solution. His rates are very reasonable. What seemed like a disaster is now a beautiful home again thanks to Kevin and his hard work.

  Hicks Quality Lawn Care did an excellent job! It was easy to schedule and he showed up on time / when scheduled. He was able to bill out of town making it easy for me to take care of my rental property. Thanks!
