Hicks landscaping completed a major yard drainage (french drain, routing downspouts into backyard stream) and tree-planting project for us. They did an excellent job. Highly professional, communicative, clean, and efficient. Excellent sales staff, consultant and crew. Highly recommend.

A huge thank-you to Matt, Melissa, and Matt's incredible team at Hicks Landscape who recently installed East Turf in my backyard. I was surprised at how tedious and complex the installation process was; and, I was amazed at how driven, hardworking, and precise the installers were especially in this intense heat. The fully permeable quality of Easy Turf makes it different from many other artificial turfs. I needed that because of drainage issues in my yard.I love how much bigger and prettier my yard looks. And my dogs love it! The only problem I have with it is that I wish I had had it installed years ago! Many thanks to all of you.

Hick's services my townhome community. I have called multiple times to report issues with the pet waste station not being cleared out. I have been laughed at and ignored. The issue continues which leads to overflowing bins (see photo) and residents of the community not picking up their pet waste because there is no where to put it. This issue is ongoing and many residents have reported to our HOA and directly to Hick's with no resolution. In addition to the pet waste issue, Hick's has been disrespectful to our properties. The second image is a picture of a garden bed, which was hit while Hick's was mowing and left broken. I am begging Hick's to please take better care of the community because we deserve (not to mention pay for) a clean and welcoming place to call home.

We have been dealing with these trash issues for over a year now. We service all pet stations during all contracted scheduled visits. These bins are filled up weekly by household trash. Weekly we find items such as home garbage bags, fast food boxes, beverage cans and bottles, etc. in the pet waste bins. These bins are small and not intended to be used for household trash disposal. Typically, they can go about 2-3 weeks without filling up if only used for pet waste. I have actually sent pictures and videos to the HOA and Property Manager concerning the misuse of the stations. Hicks Landscape has a contract with the HOA that is managed by an offsite property management group. All complaints or issues should be addressed through one of these groups. They will then direct us as to the needed course of action. You mention being laughed at in your review. I am not sure who you are referring to. The ladies in the front office that answer the phones are friendly and take any complaints seriously. Please reach out to us directly if our response was anything but courteous and helpful. They always take a message and pass it along to the appropriate Manager, or in your case, they would report it to your property management group. Hicks Landscape respects all property. Our goal is to leave a property better than we found it. Any complaint of damage is typically resolved timely and efficiently once we receive notification from the HOA. This is the first report of damage to your garden. Your neighborhood has Bermuda grass and has not been mowed in 3-4 months. This damage should have been reported when it first happened so we could have resolved it. There are many avenues to resolve all of these issues. A blanket negative review of Hicks Landscape is not the best way. We are actively working on resolving your complaint.
