  Ive been here twice so far and I'm very happy that I went there today. I know absolutely nothing about gardening but a staff (Tiffany) was incredibly helpful and provided an education on a level that I was able to understand. I'll definitely be returning here for future purchases!

  I have had several good experiences and several lacking experiences here. Prices and selection are good. The staff is hit or miss. I couldn’t find the receipt for a plant I wanted to exchange (picked the wrong color) but knew it would be in their system under my account. I had purchased the plant three days prior. When I asked if they were able to access it, I was told it would take time to look up my account and find a receipt- if I found the receipt they would exchange it but they weren’t going to put the effort in. There was no one in line behind me, the store was not very busy, and there were 3 people at the front desk. I pressed enough she finally looked, she found it in less than a minute and was able to complete the transaction. I felt very unappreciated as a customer and was disappointed in the care shown.

  Sounds from the other reviews it's a good place for landscaping & flowers but vegetables is another story. Not a great selection, many were suffering from lack of water, and other areas had so much water you could not walk through the aisle because it was like the Mekong Delta full of mud. Then, if you prefer dry land, walk at your own risk on what the signs say uneven ground lined with medium round/oval stones.
