  Asked for a estimate on repairing my mower instead i get a call asking how much i want to spend. They give guesstimates. After getting a guesstimate from them i gave the Ok to do the work. Get a call the next day saying they can't get the parts to fix the mower, so how can you give a guesstimate when you can't get the parts? Went to pick up my mower which which was running and put together when i dropped it off to get the work done to find it doesn't run and had a big box of parts they took off and didn't put back together! Will never do business with them again. Service dept is a joke! Love how the put the blame on the lady who tried to help me but not the service manager who is a joke.!!
