Recently Heinz (Bert Aligood & team) designed and installed a hardscape front stoop/porch for my home, a hardscape fenced backyard gate access path, landscaped the frontal area of my home, planted a number of trees, created a swailed/drained river rock parking pad for my boat, etc.. Uniformly the work was completed in outstanding fashion; I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The pricing was very competitive - I solicited bids for the exact same work from several other prominent competitors. The suggestions offered by Bert and his team were well thought and much appreciated. The work was started when promised, subject to unavoidable delays due to weather, and was promptly completed. The work crews were considerate of my property, professional, and friendly. Honestly I have zero negative observations, and heartily recommend Heinz/Bert and team to others who may desire their services.

Heinz Nursery is the best. We went and picked out our tree and shrubs and they were able to recommend the best time of year to plant them. They came out two different times to put the tree in and then the 30 bushes. An incredible quality of plants and great service. Thanks Bert for all you did for us!!

This Mother's Day reminds me of my awful experience with Heinz Nursery. Last year my family took me shopping to Heinz Nursery so that I could pick out a tree for my Mother's Day gift. With the help from their employee we purchased a tree and we followed all the planting and watering instructions he gave us. Sadly, the tree died. I called the nursery several times and told them about the condition of the tree and asked for a refund, stating that I was told by their employee who sold me the tree that the nursery offered a year warranty on all the trees. The manager told me that the employee was wrong and that they actually fired that guy because he lied about everything to everyone. After more calls and demanding that they give me my refund, they sent out another employee on two different occasions to look at the tree and give us more advice. NOTE: Watering and fertilizing a dead tree doesn't bring it back to life. We followed all the advice However, the tree was still dead...and still the manager did not give me my refund because he said it wasn't dead. After a few more calls He said the only way he would give us a refund is if we dug up the dead tree and brought it back to him. What we wanted was for him to send the guy they had already sent to us twice before to take the tree back with him. We left the tree in our yard, hoping that maybe this spring it would come back to life. It hasn't and every time I look at it, it makes me so upset. Heinz Nurseries was a huge disappointment. To make things better, you could come get the tree and plant me a new one. Or come get the tree and give me my refund.
