  I called up Heider in a tizi, I had a friend who swore they had a flooring company for 20 years destroy my wood flooring because they did not have the skill set for maple. I needed the floors done quickly by someone that actually knew what they were doing. The Heider team responded immediately, professionally and kindly. He Listened to what I wanted, my situation and got the job done ASAP! Travis Heider is a color genius and was able to match my floors with my living room floor color and pattern. The price was competitive and they were in and out within 3 days. Travis walked us through each question we had about caring for the floors in detail and with patience. His professionalism and knowledge meant everything to us and he saw us through a traumatic time. We highly recommend his team for your flooring needs. I added before and after photos to see the difference and the challenge set before him. There are some people who know their job because someone showed them the steps and they follow them and there are people who actually understand the science of their work and take it seriously and that’s Travis.

  Travis and his team did an amazing job with our Hickory floors. The finish on the floors is WAY better than when we moved into the (then new) house. They were professional, put on an extra coat, gave us advice on care, and their dust collection left absolutely NO dust in the house. Outside of the excellent work, they were easily the kind of people you want to work with - very easy to talk to. Their attention to quality work was awesome and the reason I am recommending them to anyone who asks. It was a large area (essentially our whole upstairs) which included: kitchen, family room, dining room, office, hallway, closet, and pantry. Even with all of that, there were NO flaws, baseboard nicks/issues, finish imperfectsion, and no dust anywhere. Thanks again Travis and thank your team!

  Travis Heider and Heider Hardwood Flooring are Outstanding! From the first time he came to do an estimate all the way through the project to completion! Fantastic workmanship, completed on time with the highest of quality! Heider Hardwood Flooring is the best! If you want hardwood floors, need repairs, or refinishing, Travis is the man for the job.
