  I signed a contract with Heffner Landscaping in July 2020 with a 30-day notice to terminate. My lawn has never been ridden in the 27 years we have owned the home. It was agreed upon at the time of contract that my lawn was to be push mowed. I was told I would need to pay a premium for this service which I agreed to. My outdoor cameras caught them riding my lawn on several occasions...I saved the videos. I have stone flower beds around the house, and they used the beds to turn their riding mower around, and thus broke one of my windows by throwing up a rock from the mower. On 12 Aug 2021, I asked to meet with my account manager. He didn't respond, and I sent him another message on 13 Aug. He told me I should have received an email sent to me by Kasey, the office manager I'm assuming...I never received an email. Two minutes later I received a phone call from her saying that 13 Aug would be my last service date...no notice whatsoever. I told her we needed to discuss the broken window and explained to her the situation. She said they have insurance and I should send everything to her, and that she would resend the email. She never did, and I have phoned her on at least 4 different dates leaving her a voicemail to return my call, and have not heard anything back. My account manager has since blocked my number from his cell phone because my message doesn't show as delivered. On 15 Sep, I sent a certified letter to the owner of the company, telling him the new window was being installed today, 27 Sep, and I would appreciate them paying for the window by this time, and have yet to hear anything. When checking the USPS tracking number today, they haven't picked up the envelope yet. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1990, and I have never dealt with such a level of unprofessionalism by a service provider throughout the years.   We have used Heffner Landscaping for the last 4 years and have been very happy with their care of our landscaping needs. Whenever I call Chris K. with any questions he has all the answers for me and on the rare occasion he doesn’t, he reaches out to someone for the answer. The team that comes out on a weekly basis is very attentive, courteous and actually cares about doing a good job. We have been very pleased with the way they keep up our yard. I would wholeheartedly recommend this firm to anyone!

  I have been using Heffner Landscaping for the past couple of years and have been pleased with the service. I appreciate the quick response they give when I have questions and always willing to meet to help. I appreciate the new transition of keeping clients informed thru the monthly newsletter. Open communication is very important. The service techs are very friendly and very helpful.
