  Something happened to this company... not sure what it is because I can't get anyone to call me back or give me an explanation why they stopped showing up ... We've been clients for over 8 years of mowing every two weeks, March to late November. The start of the 2021 season and they showed up once and haven't showed up since, we're going on 5 weeks of no service, no calls, when I do get a text response it's, "your on the schedule" or "the rain has slowed us down". Well we've been on the schedule for five weeks, one hour out of these five weeks is all it takes to mow and edge our lawn. We've tried to be loyal customers and not hire another landscaper as we have a long history and we understand things happen, but to have no one call us back and/or no mowing in five weeks is unacceptable Our lawn is out of control and looks like a jungle. We were promised service prior to Easter Sunday, we made arrangements for outdoor events with our family and grandchildren, but Heath's lawn care service never showed up and ruined our outdoor plans. We leave voicemails and send texts with no response, very childlike and extremely unprofessional ! I wouldn't use this company as they have become unreliable and inattentive to their customers.
