Great crews, consistent work quality, and timely. Will absolutely come everyweek and mow (even when it's not really necessary due to dry weather or late season) so if you feel like your lawn needs to wait a week you just have to call ahead of time and ask them to skip. They're price is also definitely upper middle of the pack but I think the quality/auto pay is worth it.

I was so excited to have a company mow our lawn, as we’ve always done it ourselves. The first time they came, they left without communicating at all because they assumed they couldn’t get in our backyard, even though we were home. I called multiple times and nobody ever answered. They finally responded by email and I gave them a second chance. They came the next week and did a great job. However, the 3rd week, they never showed up at all. There was no communication whatsoever. I called at least 4 times and emailed twice. I had even received confirmation earlier in the week that they’d be to my house on Wednesday. I never received a response to my calls or emails. I finally emailed saying that unfortunately we would need to cancel our service with them if we could not count on consistent communication about delays or changes of dates. Instead of calling or emailing back to discuss the situation, I received an email saying, “ I have your services canceled as of today.” Clearly they don’t beee the business, which is unfortunate because I live in a large HOA community that could’ve given them plenty of business. If you like communication, I’d say look elsewhere even if their work is good. Not worth the headache!

Hi Rachel. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I've looked into the sequence of events that happened with our office and crews and it appears that we definitely dropped the ball more than once. This is unlike us, and not our M.O. We realize how important communication is to a pleasurable experience with our company, and a quality product is only a part of the equation. However, it seems that you may not have received our voicemails explaining why we had to skip the lawn due to gates being locked or new sod that was too wet to mow. Despite that, I take full ownership of the poor communication from our office, and I apologize that you weren't completely satisfied with your experience. I'll be in contact with you right away to find a resolution if possible, or at least to personally give you a sincere apology. -Brett Jackson

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I’ve used Heartland now for 4 years and they’re great! Their work is the best! If I ever have any issue with a treatment not working for my grass the owner himself would come out and re-apply the treatment. My lawn never looked better! Not to mention they have extremely good rates with their treatment plan. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!
