  Thank you Robert for taking the time to review our services. We track the vehicles with gps and dash cameras. I reviewed the day that you said that they didn't show up and found the truck sitting outside of your home from 12:36pm to 12:55pm on the day of question. However since you stated that they weren't there I credited your account for both the lime treatment and fertilzation that was marked complete from the tech for that day. I will send over the photo from the dash camera of where the truck was parked while performing the service. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.
