Excellent experience. Needed a zero turn mower repaired, price was fair service was completed in a timely manner and staff was very nice and personable. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use this business for future needs.

If there was an option for 0 stars that's exactly what I would put. My girlfriend went to get a fuel pump fixed, which was replaced with what he told us was a new part, come to find out it was used. Drove the car for a week after it was "fixed" and another problem arose. A bolt on the alternator was loosened while he was working on it. Have had nothing but problems from the power steering since.
He mentioned wanting to purchase the vehicle from her before he even accepted the job, so it makes it look like he caused a problem just so she would come back and sell it for cheap. If I had not found the issues and began working on them myself the car would not even be running now.

Hi Jacob, Thank you for sharing your concerns, we have been searching for your records (which we assume are under your girlfriend's name) so we can investigate and reach out to make things right with her.

This is extremely concerning to us as it is completely against our policy to substitute a used part in any car that we work on without express approval from the customer.

This is especially true regarding fuel pumps as they are so difficult to access.  It is against our policy to install a used fuel pump even with customer approval because there is too much chance for problems in the future.
