Easy to enter. It's a self service type of experience. There is a charge for getting mulch but it's basically an honor system. There's no cashier.

They did a great job on a curbside pickup job. The driver made sure to rake up every last stick before driving away. I appreciated their quick response to pick up my branches soon after I called.

Loved working with these guys.  Everything was wonderful from start to finish.  They even removed an existing stump that was not part of the original estimate for no extra charge.  Happy to recommend these guys to anyone!  Thanks for everything!

Have used Hathaway for several jobs and they've always been prompt and professional. Our trees look better than expected, not chopped up. Rick and his crews know what they're doing and do it safely and do it well. We've also used the brush dump after yard projects and it's easily accessible.

A speedy estimate was followed by prompt service even for my elective project.  Great communication with staff, a job beautifully done, and price on par with estimate.  Thanks for a great experience!

Called before July 4, 2020. Received and appointment for the following week. No show for the appointment. Two follow-up calls with no response. 3 strikes and you’re out!

They do a great job.  Prices are fair.  Crew cleans up after they are done!
They also do winter tree trimming work.
I highly recommend them!

They are always timely and polite. They do a great job.

Awesome place to take brush, would have cost lots more if we took it to the dump!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only were they not open during the time they were supposed to be, they have no voicemail for me to reach anyone with questions. I was deeply disappointed.
