  Left my mom in the lurch, during snowfall. 4 hours after mom called to ask when they would come. Owner was rude and told her to do it herself, took all his frustration out on a customer! Very unprofessional. She's 55, and polite as can be. Also he uses uninsured workers. Don't risk your property to this hack. He only cares about his commercial accounts.
