  They take great care of their customers. Prices are fair and they will make house calls to fix things that no other company I work with have ever done.

  I've frequented this location IN LaValle at least 8 different times. Whether I'm getting a chain saw blade, having one sharpened, getting some parts and miscellaneous items. I've made a conscious effort to smile and be "extra" friendly while I'm there because they always look like they're in a bad mood. Most recently I walked in to purchase a push mower and the manager walked by me - made eye contact - looked down and away and didn't say a word as he kept walking. I'm done. Turned around and left. Why don't people realize that a simple smile and welcome is usually all it takes to make people want to buy from you?

  When I deal with Hartje equipment I know I'm getting the right parts, reliable information and a fair price, I've been a ferris owner since 2005 and won't buy anything else. Thanks Darrel Bill
