  A few years back I had purchased a new mower that had just came on to the market. It broke down and Sears said the mower was so new that the replacement part was not on the market yet. Thought I would check with Harris. He said no problem. Several weeks went by and finally he said he couldn’t get the part or fabricate one. He asked if I wanted him to hang on to it until the part came out. I knew I was leaving town for an extended trip of nearly a year.so I agreed. I told him how long I Wójcik s he gone and the nature of my trip. He reassured me that he would have no problem holding on to it for that long especially since he didn’t even know when the part would be available. 9 months later I was back and stopped by to check on it. He rudely told me tht he had to sell it because he couldn’t just hang on to mowers forever. I tried reminding him of our conversation and he blew me off. An $800 mower used twice and then he stole it from me. I would cut my grass with scissors if he was the only source on earth to get a mower.

  I cannot ask for a more reasonable and efficient lawnmower repairman than Tony. He has repaired my mowers quickly and correctly on more than one occasion. He has also been up front honest with repairs with some of the most challenging situations. Regards, Dr. Locke
