I am tremendously happy with the work done by the H&H Lawncare team. The estimate was very quick and the work was done the next day exactly as requested and discussed. I couldn't ask for a more professional and detail oriented team of workers. Great job!!! Not pictured, but they also did a lot of pine straw removal and replacement. It looks amazing as well.

I had originally left a positive review about H&H because I was initially so happy with their services. This review has since been deleted. We had gotten them out the same day and they had worked on my fixer upper of a yard. It looked beautiful the first time but I mentioned that I wanted them to work on the other side of my house too. We scheduled biweekly with them, however, they failed to ever put us on a schedule. 2 times in a row we had to call them to come out after about 4 weeks of missed services each time. We were initially understanding about the “mixup” even though we had texted them biweekly twice. The last time they came out, the workers were at my house for maybe 15 minutes total including when they talked to my husband about the biweekly issue. They left my yard a mess and we provided photos of the areas we were unhappy with and politely asked them to come back out to fix their work. They did come back out, but they did not fix the issue. My yard was still left a mess and the workers did not check with us about the issue before leaving again. We sent another text regarding the issue and stated that we no longer wanted to work with them because of the poor services provided and let them know that we would pay the invoice but that we were unhappy with the services provided. They said they would check into it and never got back to us. As a business, I feel that it is really important to stay in contact with an unhappy customer, and it has been almost a week. I also want to mention that we had talked to them twice about trimming some low hanging branches, to which their response both times were, “we do not have time.” “Mowing Edging along all hard surfaces Trimming wherever the mower can't reach Blowing off all hard surfaces including porches, patios, sidewalks, decks, and driveways Upon request, we also trim bushes, prune trees” So my question is, why was the work done great the first time but not the other times? With that said, I will provide photos of the services I received INCLUDING the initial service I was extremely happy about compared to what I last received to show exactly why I was unhappy with the quality of work. We truly wanted to keep doing work with them literally for years and it’s extremely sad that it went this way. Please do better and take this as a learning experience. If you are a possible new incoming customer or even an existing customer please take the time to review the photos.

Clearly we were struggling on that day. I am sorry we were not able to be as consistent as we desire to be. In this business, you are always training, teaching, coaching and developing new team members.
