We love this family owned business. The entire staff is knowledgeable,  helpful and friendly.  We bought mowers, chainsaw and workwear over the  years and never been disappointed! Sales, service and repair. They're the best!

Brought an old Craftsman saw in to see if it could be brought to life. Service was not good, nobody smiled, and no masks were worn. I was told they couldn't get parts if they were needed. I told them I just wanted it to run if it could.  "2 or 3 days to find out?", I asked.  Quickly told it would be more.
About a month later with no word yet. I called to check. Sitting in back with note on it telling of need for a carburetor. Lady on phone(she was friendly) told me they can't get parts. Thanks. I was already made aware of that.
Nobody bothered to give me a call.
Too bad they thought I wasn't worth their time.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are very busy right now, and this time of year is always the same way. Very very backed up. There’s no way around it. We go in order. We do not put one service in front of another no matter what the job is. WE GO IN ORDER. At the moment we have well over 100 units in to be serviced and have for a couple months now. We honestly do the best we can with the resources we have. We are still adapting to size and space since losing everything in the fire at our last location. There’s a reason we have so many units in to be serviced year after year, and it’s not because of bad service. Its because of our good reputable service. I’m not sure what happened because your tag was checked as “customer called” twice✔️✔️, so I’m not sure what happened or if the wrong number was called? I’m sorry this happened. It’s unfortunate that this experience got us a 1-star review. Did the owner of the store do you wrong? Is this your one and only time ever shopping at Harbor Saw? Has there ever been a good experience for you shopping at Harbor Saw? Did that good experience get Harbor Saw a good 4 or 5-star google review? I’m sorry you think we don’t where masks, but we do. We wear masks when out on the floor and within 6’ of customers. We also have plexi-glass up at our cash registers for our customers safety, and have for well over a year. We do not wear masks 24/7. Only when needed. Also, we normally no longer take in off-brands of equipment that we aren’t a certified dealer for. We try to on some, but it’s our policy not to anymore. I can imagine your frustration, but you’d have to be in our shoes to understand the reasons why we don’t. I’d appreciate if you could take this 1-star review off of Google. The store’s owners do so much good for charity and the community and if you knew them, I’m sure you would never give them a 1-star review. I’m sorry an employee or two of theirs weren’t up to the standards you expected. We will work hard to be sure it doesn’t happen again.
