  Had Tim come out and give an estimate. Scheduled for two days later. Had extra time that night so I decided to do some of the work myself, called him right after to tell him what I did and that if he doesn’t want to come out for less work that’s fine. No answer, left message. Next day, receive rude text that they came out early and the work was done and that they would not do the rest of the work. Changed policies, changed attitude, blamed me even though I was communicative. Super unprofessional guy

  You got me out to the house saying you wanted a lawn service to get a good price on some odds & ends & then canceled the lawn service before I even started. Then you complete 90 percent of the odd & ends work. My text to you “I wish you would have told me you did the work so I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming out here”. I stand by that! I did receive 1 long blank voicemail, I am guessing that was you. You did not have good service where you were. Sound about right? You are correct I WILL NOT TRIM YOUR 1 SHRUB FOR $20. If I ran around trimming individual shrubs for $20 I would lose my business. Your last text to me “I wasn’t going to hire you for your lawn care anyway”. Rubbing it in my face you were trying to rip me off. Unbelievable of you to then write this bad review. Your selfishness & lack of concern for other people is absolutely frightening!

  I called and barely finished my first sentence before Tim kindly cut me off to say they were full. I said for today tomorrow and he then stuttered and said completely booked. He didn't ask what service or what day just zero interest. I then had my boyfriend call a few minutes later and wonderful Tim answered. He said if I pay extra could someone plow me out. The guy said yes but it would have to be tomorrow. Absolutely unreal and incredibly unprofessional. Regardless of any need I won't call them again if that is their standard of customer service.

  Like I said to you & your boyfriend, you are out of my service area & we do not do one-time snow clearings. We were also not taking new snow clients which I also mentioned. It sounding like an emergency so I thought I might be able to help but we could not do it. We had been working for 24 hours straight. Please understand 75% of my clients I have had for over 10 years. I’m sorry I could not help you.

  Tim is taking over my mowing and snow removal for almost 2 years now and He is the BEST! NEVER had a problem with him. Thank you, Tim!
