What a wonderful surprise! I just received my Ferris zero turn mower back from Hamilton Equipment. Every year they come and pick up my mower to service it. This year I had them service the hydraulics as well.
At first I thought they had delivered a new mower. It looked like they washed and polished it. Nice job! It's rare to find a company who goes above my expectations.

The staff at Hamilton's was great, We had been out of power for 24 hours and needed a new generator. They answered all our questions and prepped and test ran the generator. Will be going to them for service on the generator as well.

I had an issue with my zero turn not moving when put in gear.   Tom Noland answered my phone call and diagnosed the problem.  He informed me that if I could get the machine down to his shop he could fix the issue and have the mower back to us by Friday.   He bettered his promise and had the machine back to must the same day.   Thanks Tom.

This company misrepresented the amount of wood it was selling me and then wouldn't follow through with delivery for what I paid for. A ethical company would follow through with what they agreed to instead of backing out.  We all make mistakes, but how they resolved this says alot about them. Thanks for wasting my time and forcing a refund on my purchase. If they quote you a price for a repair don't believe them.

I recently has my hydro’s oil and filter changed on my Ferris. Stopped in a day before and they were able to come pick it up and returned it the same day.  I bought my Ferris there and have been very happy with the front counter and the shop as well. If your in the market for lawn equipment I would definitely check these guys out.

I came in to Hamiltons to purchase a new zero turn mower. The woman (I'm sorry that i don't remember her name) that helped me was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I looked at a couple of different models and went home to decide. I called the next day and she answered the phone, recognized my voice and i let her know I was sending someone over to purchase and pick up the mower. She was ready when he got there and rhe transaction went very smoothly. Overall a great experience!

Tim went out of his way to find me a vertical shaft used engine for my splitter. Perfect fit. All the wood is now split.

You find out what a company is all about after they take your money. Spent 8K on a new Ferris mower. For some really fluke reason, it has had issues. Read the review for Ferris it's a top rated mower!!!!. Hamilton Equipment has picked it up three times and fixed the issues happily. Thank you Hamilton for making my decision to buy at a local business a great choice.
