  I really wished that I could give these guys a better review. Kevin bailed us out of a tough spot when we first used them a couple years ago - to move sprinkler heads, adjust zones and recommission our system after extensive concrete work. At the time, I was extremely happy with them. Ever since, they've done everything they could to fall on their face. They replaced our low-voltage sprinkler signal line last fall - and then this spring I had to call them back out to fix the wiring of the zones ($190 for the call back) - and then they could not get one of the zones going - as they said something is wrong with the cable they installed the prior fall. This year we also prepaid house spray for insects - and they've been inconsistent on coming out timely - and quality of the spray (both thoroughness and actual spray product) really varies. It's almost like they never came - as we have a lots of spiders still. They 'accidentally' put crab grass preventer on our lawn earlier this spring. Although I did not want any lawn treatments, I thought maybe this would be an eventual benefit. Well, we've NEVER had as much grab grass this season.....it seems they actually put down crab grass PROMOTER. Save the hassle/headache and go elsewhere for such services. Haligus is exhausting.

  Left a job without notice and without completion. Overcharged for work that was not done. At a follow up call an employee confirmed that no work had been done (I was charged for 5 sprinkler heads and a repair). The employee said he would return to correct and complete the job, he never showed up. Multiple calls placed to the company and to the owner, requesting a refund. All calls were unanswered. If you want someone to take your money, ghost your calls, rarely show up and never complete the job, this is the company for you.
