Excellent people! The Hair's are knowledgeable about their trade. They have or can get parts when no one else can! And they kind on top of that. Stellar!!

First tried to call these people and they are by far very rude people, acting like there doing me a favor,. Again very unprofessional people how they talk to you. I wont be even trying to use these people...would not recommend them ever

Not friendly at all.. and that's from more than 1 visit.   In fact I have been there  5 or 6 times.   I will do my best not to go back... It would have to be a have to case, only

This place has no customer service and does horrible work took mower in there took 2 weeks to get it fixed and get it home n ran about 5 min and stopped and wouldnt make it right took to a better shop and they fixed it and the problem was exactly what they fixed .. Will NEVER go back to these rude people n will never suggest anyone go there they are way over priced because the place that fixed it right was half of what they charged me here dont go here

From the first day I called them when  Ryobi  Cave me their phone number the lady was rude on the phone. I went there to drop it off in the way she took it out of my husband‘s hand and the way she talk to us was so wrong. She said 7 to 10 days I called back in 10 days she told me that she was behind on the Weedwhacker is and that somebody was going to come in to help her with them, and to give her a week.  I waited the week and she told me the part was on back order but never told me that until I called. I called Ryobi spoke with somebody and they said there’s an alternative head for the Weedwhacker and they would send it overnight to her. Waited about five days called her and she was screaming at me over the phone about  call the company myself maybe I can make them move faster. I talk to her a total of about four times over the three weeks And each time she was very very rude. I had her on speakerphone and my husband was not impressed either.  I went there to pick up the Weedwhacker and told her I didn’t want her to fix it that I would do it myself and I told her  that I googled her name to see what her reviews were and told her how many one star reviews she got and how many people besides myself thought she was rude and she told me she didn’t care. She proceeded to tell me her business was set and there were people who liked her and I told her she was right there was some five star reviews but a lot of people thought she was rude. She proceeded to tell me that it was people like me that thought she was rude and I said would you elaborate on that and she told me people who have warranty work and expect something for nothing.. I’ll tell you one thing I won’t be back.

Wow....just wow. I called and not even 30 seconds into the phone the older lady on the phone had such an attitude that I was taken aback by  her complete rudeness. After the call, I called another mower service repair place and the customer service was way better. Needless to say Hair's Mower Parts and Repair really should work on their customer service if they value getting new customers. At the very least they shouldn't let that particular "lady" answer the phone.
