  Lonnie had his daughter spray our yard last August. We upgraded to blackjack which we were told was the best grass. Our grass looked good before it went dormant. Lonnie told my husband that he would come back and spray our yard as many times as needed since we have an irrigation system. Well, here it is June and Lonnie still hasnt came and looked at our yard himself. He sends his daughter who knew nothing, she took pictures and sent them to Lonnie which my husband has already done several times. Cala said that she would have her Dad call my husband to discuss the next step... my husband had to call Lonnie and then Lonnie tells us there is NOTHING he will do to fix the grass... so here we are with no grass and $1,350 gone. You get told all these things but nothing happens. Update: We never had army worms in our yard. And, yes it's been 10 months NOW that I write this review after my husband has been trying to get ahold of you since the season has started. It's not like he just contacted you last week... it has been MONTHS that he has been trying to get Lonnie out here. We asked you all several times if it was too late in the year and you all said no. My husband never claimed to want the Miltary discount, he's trying to figure out how the neighbor paid "for two sprays" but paid exactly what we paid. The bottom line is your customer service is awful and I am sorry that we recommended you to our neighbor however; we wont be telling anyone else about your services.

  We appreciate your review. I apologize you aren’t happy with the services you received. As I told your husband just a little while ago. We sprayed your yard on August 7th. We checked on your yard at 45 days and 60 days. Eric’s response was that it looks beautiful. We also swung by and took photos of the beautiful yard you had. Then you were attacked by army worms and had your yard sprayed for them. Followed up by telling me your yard was safe. We now move forward to 10 months later and we spray your neighbors yard twice and give him a well deserved military discount. Yet your husband who’s not military now asked me why I didn’t give him the same military discount. It’s been 10 months since we sprayed your yard. It looked beautiful before the army worm invasion, the winter and any variables that could come. Now you want it fixed 10 months later. This being said to try and make you happy I offered to do it at cost. I have every text, picture from your husband from day one to prove I’ve tried to help everywhere. We’ve kept in contact and kept checking in. The offer still stands. It’s 10 months later. Find any other company who will even work with you on almost year old grass, yet we offered.

  I have personally used H Squared on several occasions. I can confidently say after dealing with dozens of contractors, H Squared is an ethical and reliable hydromulch company! It’s rare to find a company that will stand by its product with a guarantee and H Squared does just that. I can go on and on but simply if you need Hydromulch or sod, give them a call!

  I am so very thankful and impressed with the care Lonnie and his company put into our lawn. He took the time follow up after the rain to ensure the hydro mulch held up. The customer service he provides is amazing.
