  Zero communication. Hugo agreed to show up on Thursday the 18th at 3pm. We spoke the day before that he'd let me know if anything changes. I left work early to be there for him. He called me exactly at 3 that he wasn't going to make it. He then said he'd meet me on the coming up Saturday between 9 and 10 am. He just didn't show up. I'm sure his actual work might be good? But I can't comment on that since he doesn't show or communicate.

  When our main water pipe turned the side of our house into a small pond, it was an emergency! Several other companies would only reply "we're booked for Several days" but H & R came the very next day despite being on another job. They stayed past sunset getting the job done. They were quick, professional, and true to their word. They even gave me some suggestions and tips to keep it from happening again. They actually left things Much Better than they were even before the break! Very very happy with their service and thankful for their work!

  Hugo has been taking care of my landscaping for at least 15 years, his prices are low & he does an excellent job. On one occasion he told his secret for securing & keeping customers, is to always do a little extra, which he routinely does. I highly recommend his service.
