When no other dealer including the major ones in the area had bigger sized snow blowers HD Reynolds had a surplus due to smart purchasing geared towards serving their customers!   Couldn't be more thankful to the crew at HD REYNOLDS.  The customer service was amazing, price was was lower than anyone else in the area, delivery was free and I even got a pair of gloves and a quart of oil for my 1st oil change on the house! HD REYNOLDS gets my highest of recommendations!

No better place to take your machines. Their new showroom is great, and their service is still phenomenal.

This company is owned by my grandfather, and it's great to know that he can help people with his work and their vehicles. I love you for all you do with vehicles, gramps. And i should say that this is the best snowblower and tractor repair service in all of Berkshire County. My grandfather and his assistants can help you, i'm guaranteeing the best service and five-star quality repairs.

The general store portion is a trip back in time to a much simpler time.  The woman running it always is very friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for.  The selection is a bit all over the place, but it's worth a trip in to see what they've got!   The power equipment portion down back is very knowledgeable in Ariens, Lawn Boy, SCAG, Shindawa and other brands they sell.  They always seem to have what I need in stock and are willing to offer technical advice to keep these gas-powered gadgets running their best!  If you're in the market for a new mower or snowblower, I highly recommend Reynolds over a chain such as Home Depot!

Used many snow blowers for years, but purchased my first Arien SnowBlower from HD Reynolds last fall. Ariens are great Snow Eaters and are far better than any of the other brands I have ever used. Service is GREAT TOO, had minor problem with my Arien few days ago, HD Reynolds picked it up at my home, made adjustments, and was returned the next day!! What Service!!
