  Work was done as scheduled, and the workers even arrived an hour early (which is better than an hour later). Garbage (soda can, plastic cup, fast-food-waste) was thrown into our green compost can, which you would think a landscape company would be well aware of what is acceptable for a green can in Sonoma County. I can say without a doubt it's their garbage as I provided them with the cup and coke. As a minor irritation, when they set my irrigation system they completely set it backwards and had the existing landscaping being watered too much and the new sod only watered a couple times a week. All of that said, though, my biggest issue is that when they re-sodded my lawn they placed sod over a utility panel. I have texted the lead, Cesar, several times without a response back. We do not have the tool to fix it ourselves, and frankly we shouldn't have to.

  Guizar Landscaping came out and gave us an estimate to replace an overgrown hedge with a new fence and also build a retaining wall. The project did not go perfectly but Alex and Francisco were very responsive and willing to do what it took to bring it up to the quality that we expected. They worked hard and fast and came out when they said they were going to be there. I would recommend them for your landscaping project just be very clear about what you want and they will make it happen.

  Alex and his team were so professional. When Alex first came out, we were really impressed with his knowledge of turf and what types would be best for our pet. He used all organic pet infill and there hasn't been any odor from our Siberian Huskey using the turf as his bathroom. We wanted modern concrete squares and his team laid them out in such a beautiful pattern! The retaining wall is just perfect for having a small organic garden which Alex's team routed our drinking water safe hose beneath the turf to have a seamless drip system installed. Halfway through the job, we ran into some drainage issues and Alex recommended putting in a French drain system to ensure that we wouldn't have any drainage issues in the future. We were worried it would be a costly addition halfway through the project but the entire French drain system covering the whole yard only cost us $500. His prices are so affordable and the professionalism and design insight that Alex has is unbeatable! We would recommend Guizar Landscaping in a heartbeat.
