  I called for an estimate and Veronica seemed like she had a horrible attitude for one simple question I had asked. I replied with a thank you and hung up immediately. Very unprofessional. No customer service.

  Called, got transfered to another department, then explained my issue on a voice mail. A week later some one called me told me to send it some pictures by email. Never heard back.

  If I could give them more stars I would. Jennifer, the horticulturalist gave me a lot of useful information over the phone. When they came out to investigate my plants they gave me even more. Even though they couldn't do anything for my boxwoods, the rep gave me tips on what I could do to try to save them as well as an issue with my grass. They didn't charge me at all and I highly recommend them and will use them myself in the future.
