  I live an apartment complex that they mow, and every week they shoot grass in my mulch(unless I sitting outside watching). I have asked multiple employees to make sure they blow out the mulch. They never trim around our ponds. Kale rushes his employees to get it done as fast as possible, so they don't pay attention to detail.

  I live in a apartment complex in Valparaiso,Twice his crew has destroyed my Holloween Decor. And early spring cut all freshly planted flowers completely off when you call to talk to him he totally ignores your concerns ..He is rude and does not stand behind his company or even try to rectify the problem. I do not blame his staff I blame him for not training them...poor ethical company..

  Kale has been known to have a bad attitude towards his employees. My daughter's dad was recently employed by him only to be abruptly fired Friday. He cited not keeping in contact with him the 2 days he was unable to make it in and said 'your phone must be broke.' No, YOURS must be broke because I saw the texts he sent notifying YOU of the situations that were at hand. Also, prior to him getting hired, I called him once. He answered the shop's phone as if it were his own personal home phone. No greeting or anything, and he had a negative tone in his voice. He was also griping at some of his workers while I was trying to talk to him. That was VERY unprofessional. Lost himself a damn good worker over petty nonsense. 🤷‍♀️
