  Ground Control came highly recommended to me by a good friend.The work site was not prepared properly for a concrete pour. Several areas were less than half the required depth. There were no footings at all against the building. Job cancelled at this point. They have not refunded any of my 2200 dollar deposit. Edit after owner responded. No sand was ever brought to job. No materials were left. All forms were returned. The team said they were ready to pour. The owner declined my request to inspect. When I saw there was zero prep or forms up against my building, I terminated the job. This crew did not know what they were doing. 2200 to move some dirt is not what we agreed on. A work contract assumes competent work completed in good faith. Keeping a deposit not earned is theft.

  Hi Dan. Our set up was not complete. We still had quite a bit to do before pouring. The job site was fine and under preparation. You tore down forms so there was no evidence. The crew was on your property for a full day with sand and other materials bought and paid for already. With that and labor there’s no refund on the deposit. We would be glad to come finish the job. We’ve poured 3 others this week already. Give us a call.

  They were very professional and arrived 20 mins early to help cut up some wood at our property. Very efficient and was very responsive from the moment I reached out to them for service. I had a quote by the next morning. I highly recommend Ground Control Landscaping!
