  (2 Stars for the company, 4 stars for the actual work on the septic system.) My experience with Ground Breakers was absolutely the worst experience I could get from a paid service. I won't give names but the owner of the company who does a lot of the work himself and oversees a lot of the work was the rudest and probably the cruelest person I've dealt with in a long time. I'll start by saying the septic work he did was great and I have no actual complaints about the work he did installing the septic tank. However he did destroy my property in the process, and a lot of the destruction caused is not fixable. He out right would not come back and fix it or bury the lines, even with the nights growing colder and the risk of my pipes freezing, even after I paid him. There was a definite personal issue and he would not answer neither mine or my husband's phone calls, and answered when I called from a different number. He purposely withheld our personal information and permits so we couldn't get anything done (all because I'd made a comment that he had a bad habit of not calling people back when he said he would.) After that it was hard to get him to do anything he said he'd do, and it reached a point where he was actively stone walling things to spite us. He had set us up with an electrician that he knew and a plumber and while I don't have any complaints about the plumber, the electrician is certainly a different story. The electrician is with a decent company but they installed 2wrong poles on my property for electricity and the electrician had turned on a breaker which absolutely wrecked my water heater and said electrician refused to fix or replace it. In fact the second pole the entire company under the electricians advisement refused to replace the pole and we had to jump through way too many hoops to get it approved anyways. It took way longer to get into our home because we used ground Breakers and went through him for other services . I'm extremely disappointed in the way Ground Breakers conducted their business with us, and would absolutely advise that if you want someone to install your septic system who's going to be in contact (with this company there is none), and inform you of everything they're doing on your property then Ground Breakers might not be the company for you. There's certainly a lot of work to go around and companies are going to be busy, but when you pay someone and then don't hear from them for 6 to 7 weeks, and your septic system hasn't been inspected, nor permits acquired, nor the lines buried, and all the while refusing to finish the job then in my opinion someone isnt doing what you've paid them to do.

  Started the job sooner than we expected. Came early and stayed late. Very happy with their service. Would recommend.

  Called about getting a system installed and kept getting put off and not once was any of my calls returned. I had to continue calling only to be lied to about when they would start on my sons place
