I give Gregory lawn fivestars because, I am a Gardner and was in the middle of a job broke the string on my weed eater and I didn't have my back up with me so I had to get mines fixed. Went to two other lawn mower shop before I came to Gregory's wine shop told me they did not work on my type of weed eater, second shop told me I would have to leave it a couple of days in order to have it fixed now mind you I'm in the middle of cutting a yard at a apartment complex so that was not even and option. Went to Gregory and explain my situation because all I needed was the pull cord was broken to start my weed eater, so he was able to fix that problem and I need it some tack welding done on my Gregory was able to take care of that as well and did it for a reasonable price thank God for Gregory's lawn mower

To be fair, I have never been a customer. I live next door, and this is why I gave this place one star. The owner keeps a German Shepard locked in a cage in the back with no shade all day, and then let's it out at to run freely in what is essentially a giant junkyard, filled with scrap metal, piles of dirt, and loose machinery. The poor thing is heard crying all day, and it's whole life is a cage and a junkyard. Sometimes a see him sleeping on bags of manure. Even if I was customer I would avoid any place that treats an animal this way. It's disgusting, and I hope the owner gets busted.

To be fair, I''Ve never used the dude before, but I plan to due to proximity--nonetheless The closing hour is listed as 6:00pm and when I called to confirm, dude just freestyles and said "other days 6:00pm, but today close at 5:00pm." Not being fluent in English is a hazard of the dying repairman profession, but just closing an hour early when a customer actually calls to see about coming in? Plain old laziness.
