  Broke my living room window and called a window repair service without notifying me. Asked how I wanted the retaining wall did it the way I expressly did not want. UGS did not cover all of the areas that required watering. Did not start the job when he said he would. I had to wait 2 weeks. He was asked NOT to do anything while I was gone on a 2 week vacation. I came home late at night to find he had damaged a water pipe (while I was gone) and I had no running water!

  Cheap prices, however very poor customer service. Our Landlord lives out of state, and he (green thumb) promised repeatedly to get us our bill for almost a month. Nothing yet, and we have to send this to our Landlord. I also get a half-ass attitude about him talking to me. Generally speaking he acts "nice" but there's very very slow movement getting things done. I will never use him again.
