  Posted recommendations for hardscaping contractors on Facebook. This company contacted me to give me an estimate. Talked to person from company and set up a time of 7:30 am. After waiting 8:00, no show, called company to inquire and person said they had the wrong day. Stated he would come later in the day. Early afternoon tried contacting him to know when he was coming. No msg, text or call from. Finally I did hear from them. No time today. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and consideration for possible customers. Poor communication.

  Todd helped me replace an egress window well. The project is nicely done, and Todd has been very responsive and professional in the project. The prices are reasonable.
