  Greenpal customer service is horrible. Back In April I had a company come cut my grass. I was away at the time and when I got home I notice the grass wasn't cut and I still got charged so I contacted Sarah who was no help at all and wouldn't give a refund so I had to dispute it with my bank. The grass cutters on there does a ok job at best. I've had several people cut my lawn and wasn't really happy with anyone of them. They call themselves professionals but didn't do a good job at all. There was still patches of grass and my yard was uneven and the edges weren't trimmed straight everytime. I am taking my services elsewhere. GreenPal SUCKS!
