  My name is Chris, I manage Greenmark Lawncare,, @Mr Frampton, I spoke with you twice about the mowing service you requested. I’m really sorry if you don’t remember, however we only mow grass For current customers, we do not commercially cut each week. I told you this twice each time we talked. The company we referred you too I assume didn’t call you back. I’m sorry for that but that’s not our responsibility. I respect your Misplaced review but you were told That we don’t cut by myself Twice and the office manger Amber one time. To further customers, We did absolve that referral and should you have a need for mowing we have a wonderful nice hard worker named cory whom cuts grass and does wonderful work.   I can't speak to their services because they never actually got around to providing any. I waited for a week for an estimate for mowing services. My texts and calls went largely unanswered until about four days after the initial promise of an estimate. I was told that someone would be in contact with me that day. No luck. I mowed my own lawn that weekend and told them to forget it. EDIT: It took a literal year for this company to respond to me, and they did it through a Google Review. As you can see, they refused to accept any responsibility (...”it’s not our responsibility...”) gave me a false apology (“I’m sorry for that but...”) and managed to insult my intelligence (“I’m really sorry if you don’t remember). They also managed to insult my review of their business (“I respect your misplaced review....“). Long story short, they don’t respect anything I said. I’m a reasonably intelligent person. What they’re saying is not what was conveyed to me, or I wouldn’t have left a negative review of their business because it would have been clear to me that it wasn’t their fault. I’m not out to ruin people’s’ businesses. They don’t communicate and, when they do, it’s to passive aggressively insult your review of theirs. Take your money somewhere else. There are a myriad of commercial and residential lawn services that will take better care of you.

  I have used Greenmark Lawncare for 3 seasons now. I love them! Highly recommend their services. They got my ground ivy out of my lawn and it has never looked better!!! So glad I changed when my neighbors did. Keep up the great work guys!
