GreenHow has been so helpful addressing mice in our attic. When we first called, Michael came out immediately and did a thorough check around our home to identify entry points. We've now been working with Samantha who is so knowledgeable and comes whenever we call with questions or want the traps checked. I also appreciate the teams attention to safety & cleanliness. Any team member who has come to the house always wears booties over their shoes and is masked. Highly recommend!

We turned to Greenhow for help with a large centipede issue in our 100+ year old home. Not only did they thoughtfully diagnose the issue, and help curb the bugs, but everyone I’ve talked to is always friendly, helpful, informed and able to quickly help with whatever we need. They are always here when they say they will be and not only perform the service, but also take time to help educate me about what they are doing, and our options along the way. I recently had a great experience with GreenHow installing a dehumidifier in my basement. Of the roughly ten places I called, GreenHow was the most professional by far. They came out within a few days and gave me a written quote, then stuck to it. Others said they could have someone stop by in a few weeks, and one said in three months! Some never followed up with the written quotes they promised. The rest of the industry has a lot to learn about customer service, and GreenHow seems to get it. The tech, Jason, was very knowledgeable and actually cares about solving problems, not just getting to the next job. Their office staff was always helpful, too. I wish I could find a crew this good for all of my projects.

Greenhow is the best! We had bees, mice, moths, ants, you name it, and they have handled them all. The service people who come out to your house are so professional and know so much. And, the office staff is outstanding. I highly recommend their quarterly service contract. I don't know what we would do without it here in New England. I have referred them to multiple friends and colleague with rave reviews on their excellent service.

Greenhow is always very professional, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. They are very prompt with both our regular servicing and any urgent issues that arise. Additionally, they are very responsive and helpful in inspecting and providing guidance on issues outside of our normal service. They use products that we do not have to worry about having our kids or cat around. Overall, we feel Greenhow provides a very high quality service.

Sean is great. Sent message via yelp and he responded immediately. Sent his crew for free inspection. The guys sent a quote immediately, we scheduled them to come out and install the system and the did. The office support is really nice as well.
