We hired Green-up for our the Landscape project for our newly built house in Brighton. Bill, the owner is a smart businessman and a good negotiator but I really liked his plan, the good quality work and his responsiveness to my calls . Matt who is the field manager is a great guy to work with. Not only is he always there getting hands dirty, but also he is knowledgeable and respectful. He listens to my needs and concerns and address them timely. Like all projects, nothing is 100% perfect but both Bill and Matt promised me to make necessary corrections when next spring comes and told me the reasons why. Now that is integrity and I am sure they will do what they say like it has been. If you are considering a landscape, you should really hire them and you should feel free to contact me. Great job Bill and Matt.

Great Local Company! I have a smaller landscape job/needs and they have been more than accommodating with the quantity issues I have needed, I appreciate them understanding sometimes you don’t need 3 yards of egg rock ya only need 2 ;)

I purchased a garden fountain on sale from them in June 2020 for $224.25.  It was sold to me damaged and without all of the parts for the fountain.  The fountain was not on and running at the time of my purchase.  Once I got it home,  and on closer inspection,  I discovered that there was a large crack on the outside of the bowl and the inside of the pump area showed signs that the fountain had been used before.  There was really old dried up silicone and there were missing pieces to the pump.  I called Green-Up.   They did order the missing parts and had them shipped to my home.  Once I got it going, the crack started leaking, so the fountain does not hold water.  When I called them about that, they said they couldn't help me.  I am very disappointed with Green-Up.  They selling defective products and not standing behind them.  I had no intention on donating that kind of money and time to Green-Up.  They should be ashamed of themselves.

I am very sorry for your bad experience with our Garden Center. As you know all sale items are sold as is and all sales are final. That being said we certainly do not want to mislead customers and sell them defective merchandise. Because of the unfortunate circumstances this year, we have some new staff that might not have relayed your situation properly to management. If you have the time please stop in or call the office and we will exchange or replace the fountain for you. Again we are very sorry for your bad experience and hope to make things right.

Turns away the little guy that wants to shop local.   A good place would do whatever they can to local buyers rather than say sorry. Disappointing........

We have been Green-Up customers for over 10 years and they continue to impress us with amazing landscape designs and exceptional customer service. We recently built a custom home in Brighton and thanks to the designers at Green-Up we feel as though we are permanently on vacation. From the gorgeous stone walls and the outdoor fireplace that is perfectly lit to the beautiful selection of plant material that blooms all year, we couldn't be more pleased. As long-time customers of Green-Up, we highly recommend them if your searching for a high quality landscape and design company.

Stay away from this company!!! We hired them for lawn services, irrigation installation and landscape lighting. We had an issue with our irrigation system not functioning within the first couple of years. They sent a technician out to fix the problem, he instead shorted out the circuit board on the control box. We were told that they would replace the circuit board at no cost.... we received a bill for $650 the next month which we had to pay. We had an issue with one of the landscape lights and the same technician came out to fix that. The entire circuit of lights on the front of the house blew out the next evening when the lights came on! To date they have not responded to telephone calls and have not fixed the problem. We will have to pay a reputable company to fix this.
We hired them for 2 seasons for lawn care, again poor quality, missed dates and overbilling by several cute each year @ $50 / cut! Do yourself a favor and cross this company off of your list. There a many reputable companies that are honest and do quality work as promised. We learned the hard way.

Recently called to get pricing for delivery on some landscaping rocks to surround my deck. I called twice during a weekday and then again on Saturday. No one answers the phone. Too bad.
