  Definitely did not get what we paid for. Was provided the wrong treatment meant for a different customer on a different type of plan. Was promised to have the Worland supervisor to stop buy on countless occasions to follow up on services said to be provided, but no improvements were made and supervisor did not show. Lawn looks TERRIBLE and worse than before at this time last year. Weeds are EVERYWHERE and ground cover is out of control and we have uneven color to our yard and fungus that was supposed to be treated and then retreated and never maintained. No follow up. Would not recommend.

  This is Green Turf's 39th year with tens of thousands of happy customers. In this case, we worked earnestly with Ms. Rollins to identify and offer our expertise concerning her issues surrounding crabgrass, but she wasn't interested. She disagreed that they were not watering daily (look at the pictures!) and there was also evidence that suggested that the lawn was power raked after our application. She cancelled her service before we were able to take remedial actions. Green Turf Lawnscapes offer a 5-step program that includes an early spring Crabgrass control application on round 1. Unfortunately, she requested our service after the window of opportunity (April 10) for 98% control of crabgrass. When our manager visited the property it was noted that that lawn was lacking adequate soil moisture, in other words, the client was failing to water their lawn. We have a very expensive soil moisture probe that tells us the moil levels down 24 inches. The soil was bone dry but surprisingly we had obtained 70-80% control. She did not have a sprinkler system and Worland get 3" of precipitation annually and half that comes in the winter. If you aren't pulling hoses around all the time you can really get behind. Because of this, her soil temps were heating during our 90 days of 100+ degree days which breaks down the pre-emergent barrier resulting in weeds! We warn our clients that if they hand rake, power rake, de-thatch or fail to water regularly (daily!!) there is a very good chance the pre-emergent will fail and they will have grassy weeds! That's exactly what happened in this case. As a commercial company we can only do our part, apply products at the proper timing, proper rates and cross our fingers that the clients water and mows accordingly. Todd Graus Founder/Owner

  I have had a terrible problem with water grass, crab grass and foxtail. Their techs showed up when they said they would and left full instruction on what I should do to complement and make the application effective. The instructions they left also advised us on how tall to mow, how often to water and by no means rake the lawn until fall. The lawn looked incredible and the bare areas all filled in. By the fall, I had to buy a self propelled mower because the grass was so thick. I recommend Green Turf to all my friends and family. Michael
