  Greensweep takes great care of my sprinkler system which they installed for the previous owner of my home. There crew showed me the layout and setup of the system as a courtesy. They always connect me with solution to any problem I have had. There work is timely and reasonable.

  We had Greensweep do the landscaping and lawn on our new construction about 3 months ago based off our builders recommendation. About a week after they finished, we noticed a couple trees dying. This is our third house we’ve built in 9 years. So, we know to contact the landscaper about quality issues. We were told there was no warranty or guarantee with our service and products (In fact, we were told maybe we should have gone with an outdoors company in Johnson City if we wanted a warranty). Greensweep came and looked at the trees anyway and said it looked like they got too much water from where they were located on our property. They would replace one tree for about $300 if we wanted to or we could just go do it ourselves. Greensweep built our entire landscape project and we went with their recommendation based off their experience. The person we spoke with also told us they didn’t make enough money off us to bother with it anyway. We paid the exact price they quoted, didn’t try to talk them down, didn’t add anything and we were told they didn’t make enough money to deal with us. We’ve given them two months to make good on this situation and this is our end result. They made poor recommendations for products and under quoted the project. So, they now do not want to help us unless we pay an exorbitant amount for a very small service.
