  Green pastures damaged my air conditioner unit through weed eating too close to the unit, causing a puncture in the coil. It cost thousands to repair. Despite sending photos of the damage where it was clear the damage occurred through lawn maintenance, requesting to speak over the phone and to view the damage together in person, Green pastures avoided responsibility and financial obligation from the start. Very disappointed in the way it was handled and it’s obvious the goal from the start was to avoid liability. Unprofessional and would not recommend.

  Mr. Floyd, as we have stated in previous conversations, upon inspection we noted that your AC unit is in an area where there is no turf surrounding it and no mechanical equipment is being used by our service teams. We have a longstanding reputation of standing by our work and promptly rectifying any damage caused in the course of providing services, however in this case we have found that the HVAC technician's speculation is unfounded.

  In the 20+ years of our HOA's existence we have contracted with Green Pastures for three different times. On two occasions the Board hired a cheaper company and got what they deserved and fortunately David Shore was willing to take us back. This company provides outstanding results for our community despite challenges from less than perfect soil, lack of irrigation and our HOA's budget constraints. We are pleased to recommend Green Pastures to anyone who requests a reference.
